Your first-week checklist
Find out who has access. Every key, garage code, gate code and alarm code from before you is a question mark.
Change it all. Smart locks and new codes take care of it in one visit.
Decide on the old system. If the previous owner left an alarm or cameras, we'll tell you what's worth keeping. We can take it over or upgrade it.
Cover the blind spots. New-to-you homes have doors and dark corners you haven't noticed yet. We'll walk them with you.
Test smoke and CO detectors. Don't assume the last owner did.
What we do in one visit
Free on-site assessment with blind spot analysis (about two hours), then a clear quote. If you go ahead, we schedule the install around your move.
I'm still under contract. When should I call?
Before closing is ideal. We can plan the install for move-in day.
The house already has an alarm. Do I have to keep it?
No. We'll look at it and you decide: take it over, upgrade it or replace it.
Do I have to use ADT?
No. We install with or without ADT equipment.
